Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days of receiving your order, and to receive a full refund for the product, less any costs incurred for delivery and/or collection.
If you wish to return an item, you must: -
- Inform us in writing by e-mailing sales@furniturenextday.com
- Return the product (s) to us in the same condition that you received them, at your own cost and own risk. It is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the products while in your possession. Failure to comply with this may result in reasonable deductions being made from your refund.
- Return the complete product. Part products have no resale value and therefore a refund cannot be processed if the returned product is not complete.
When a returned product has been received and a refund is authorized, we will refund you using the same method you used to pay for the product. You will receive confirmation of the amount being refunded and the approx. date that you will receive the refund.
