Furniture Next Day Terms & Conditions

The Terms and Conditions (terms) listed below, along with all other policies and information listed on this website form the terms under which Furniture Next Day (us, we, our) sells products to our customers (you) listed on our website www.furniturenextday.com.

Please read these Terms & Conditions and other policies on our website.  You will have to tick the box below to accept these terms before you can proceed with your order.  If you do not agree with any of our terms, please do not tick the box below.  You will not be able to proceed with your order if you do not tick this box.

Ordering and Delivery

• Your order is not deemed as accepted by us, until you receive an e-mail confirming dispatch of your order.
• Order will be dispatched the next working day, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and UK and ROI bank holidays, unless otherwise agreed with you in writing.
• Where events outside of our control prevent delivery on the agreed day we will update you with reasons why and alternative delivery dates.
• Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. Specific times cannot be requested for delivery, but we will always aim to accommodate you as must as possible.
• Standard delivery includes doorstep delivery only. If you are unable to accept our doorstep delivery service, please contact us and we will endeavour to facilitate your delivery.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that suitable arrangements are made for accepting delivery of your order. If we deem that delivery cannot be made due to suitable arrangements not being in place, delivery will be suspended, and we can arrange an alternative delivery date at an additional cost. 
• The delivery address cannot be changed after your order has been confirmed
• The risk of the products will pass to you from the time of delivery.
• Ownership of the goods will only pass to you when we receive full payment for the product(s) and any additional services provided in relation to the sale.
• We reserve the right to retrieve product(s) from you if the ownership has not passed to you, and we may enter your premises for the purposes of removing the product(s)

Pricing & Products

• All products are priced in GBP/EUR and will include VAT.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Any confirmed orders will be honoured at the price they were ordered at.   
• If there is a pricing error that is obvious, we are under no obligation to continue with the sale, even if we have confirmed acceptance of the order with you. Any money paid by you will be refunded if we cancel the order.
• Standard doorstep delivery charges will be quoted for each order.

Payment

• We will accept payment by credit card, debit card, PayPal.
• Credit is available by using either Klarna or Clear pay.
• All payments must be approved, and funds received by us before delivery can proceed.

Returns

• You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days of receiving your order, and to receive a full refund for the product, less any costs incurred for delivery and/or collection.
• If you wish to return an item, you must: -
  • Inform us in writing by e-mailing sales@furniturenextday.com.
  • Return the product (s) to us in the same condition that you received them, at your own cost and own risk. It is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the products while in your possession.  Failure to comply with this may result in reasonable deductions being made from your refund.
  • Return the complete product. Part products have no resale value and therefore a refund cannot be processed if the returned product is not complete.
• When a returned product has been received and a refund is authorized, we will refund you using the same method you used to pay for the product. You will receive confirmation of the amount being refunded and the approx. date that you will receive the refund.

Product Guarantee

• All products supplied on this website will have a 12-month manufacturer’s guarantee that they are fit for purpose within the domestic market only.
• Products used in the commercial market, or not used for the purpose that they are intended for, will not be covered by this guarantee.
• Products not stored, assembled, or maintained in accordance with the instructions leaflet in the box, and/or any other correspondence from us, may invalidate the guarantee of that product.
• Products, or parts thereof, that are deemed to have breached the manufacturer’s guarantee will be replaced. If a replacement is not possible, we will offer a full refund.  Where a replacement or refund has been accepted by you and supplied by us, we will have no further liability for breach of guarantee for that product.

Our Liability

• If we fail to follow our own terms and conditions, our only liability will be to you as the purchaser and will be limited to the value of the product (s) that you ordered.
• We will not be liable for any other losses that you may incur because of our failure to supply the product (s) ordered, or if there is a product guarantee issue with the product.
• Your rights remain protected, and these terms to not exclude or limit our liability in the following circumstances.
  • Death or personal injury because of our negligence
  • If we are deemed to have committed fraud, or fraudulently misrepresent our products.
  • Any breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (NI)
  • Any other circumstances in which it would be illegal for us to exclude our liability.

Communication

• We will use contact details provided by you for communication purposes, such as e-mail, postal address, landline, and mobile phone number.
• It is your responsibility to check for correspondence from us about your order.
• We may make telephone calls with you to plan for delivery/collection of items, but we will always confirm these arrangements in writing.
• All official correspondence in relation to your order will come from sales@furniturenextday.com or 028 9002 4499 or 087 2265867.  Please disregard communication from any other source.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions.  It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions every time you purchase from us.
