The bed was delivered very quickly, within just two or three days, but unfortunately one of the panels arrived broken.
I contacted customer service immediately and provided everything they requested, including photos and proof of purchase. Their solution was to charge me an additional €25 for shipping so the manufacturer could send a replacement panel.
Why should I have to pay another €25 for something that was damaged when it arrived? This wasn't my fault. Can they guarantee that the replacement won't be damaged during shipping as well? If it arrives broken again, am I expected to keep paying €25 every time?
Is this really how you handle furniture that arrives damaged during delivery? My experience with your after-sales service has been extremely disappointing. I would advise other buyers to think twice before purchasing from this company. The customer service is unreliable, and the product quality has not met my expectations.

The factory has advised that this is not considered a manufacturing fault. Unfortunately, the original packaging is no longer available for inspection.
Normally, if an item arrives damaged, we ask that it is placed back into its original packaging, as there is little point in assembling a bed that has been received damaged. The original packaging also allows the factory to inspect the damage and determine the cause.
To assist in resolving this matter, the factory has agreed to charge only for the transport costs and has waived the cost of the replacement board.
